The 58,000-square-foot Applied Sciences & Technologies Building was designed as the new administrative headquarters for American Leadership Academy (ALA) in Mesa, Arizona. Planned to support the organization's continued growth across Arizona and the Carolinas, the facility brings together executive leadership, administrative departments, and collaborative workspaces while incorporating dedicated classrooms for training, professional development, and educational programming. The design balances the functionality of a modern workplace with the welcoming character of an academic environment, creating flexible spaces that foster collaboration, innovation, and connection. Thoughtfully planned office layouts, meeting spaces, and shared amenities were developed to support ALA's mission while providing the adaptability needed for a rapidly expanding educational organization.

As the Lead Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager, I led the interior design from concept through construction documentation, serving as the primary design lead throughout the project. I collaborated closely with the school board, architects, consultants, contractors, and furniture vendors to develop a cohesive and highly functional workplace. My responsibilities included space planning, finish and material selection, construction documentation and administration, furniture specification and procurement coordination, and guiding design decisions that aligned the organization's operational goals with a professional, welcoming environment designed to support future growth.
