Glow Skin + Wellness is an approximately 1,100-square-foot wellness boutique created as the final phase of the Tucson Plastic Surgery and Alchemy Surgery Center expansion. Designed as a natural extension of the established brand, the space offers an immersive environment centered on relaxation, restoration, and holistic well-being. Soft architectural curves handcrafted and hand-painted lighting, Himalayan salt walls, and a palette of warm, natural materials create a calming atmosphere that complements the elevated patient experience found throughout the adjoining facilities. Inspired by the owner's vision, crystal gemstones were intentionally incorporated beneath the concrete slab, within select wall assemblies, and as curated furnishings throughout the treatment rooms, reinforcing the practice's emphasis on mindfulness, grounding, and personal wellness. Every design element was carefully considered to create an environment that feels luxurious, authentic, and deeply personal.
As the Lead Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager, I led the project from concept through construction, serving as the primary design lead and client contact. I coordinated with architects, consultants, contractors, furniture vendors, lighting specialists, and our studio's graphics team to translate the client's vision into a cohesive wellness destination. My responsibilities included space planning, finish and material selection, project documentation, construction administration, furniture procurement coordination, healthcare code compliance, and design leadership, ensuring the space seamlessly extended the established identity of Tucson Plastic Surgery and Alchemy Surgery Center.
